Descrizione posizione ricercata
The candidate, inside Marketing Department, will manage and implement all marketing activities in the country/area covered, ensuring:- It is aligned with EMEA marketing strategy;- It takes into account the objectives of stakeholders into relevant area;- Revenue generation is maximized;- Relevant feedback is incorporated into the EMEA planning and delivery process;Programme implementation: deliver marketing programmes for the country/area covered in agreement with Emea and assist with the coordination with pan-EMEA marketing programmes and those of other countries/area as required. Budget and Committee Management: manage the budgets and marketing activities of the local country/area marketing forum.Franchisee and Hotel support: act as the principal marketing contact for all Hotels in the country/area covered, ensure they are informed of all marketing activities taking place in the country/area covered.Sales Support: act as the principal marketing contact for Sales in the country/area covered, ensuring communication of all marketing activities taking and that sales activity is fully supported by marketing.Strategic Input: utilising local market knowledge, provide insight and input as part of the EMEA strategic process.

Conoscenze richieste
The ideal candidate has 4 year´s experience in marketing in the hotel or travel industry.Highly developed presentational and influencing skills. Linguistic skills/cultural sensivity - must speak fluently English and the main language og the market covered. Previous experience in multi-channel international environment.E´ previsto un contratto di somministrazione a tempo determinato di 5 mesi, non finalizzato all´assunzione, ideale per un´esperienza di marketing internazionale in un ambito sfidante e formativo.
