Role Description (Responsibilities)
We are currently seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Professional who will report directly to the Managing Partner.
Key responsibilities include :

Supporting the team in presenting, promoting, and selling the company's products and services to existing and prospective clients, while fostering long‐term relationships.
Executing account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Collaborating closely with the team to develop tailored commercial proposals for clients.
Building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting client relationships through attentive service and consistent follow‑up.
Understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and business expansion.
Regularly liaising with suppliers and vendors.
Assisting management in the oversight of day‑to‑day operations.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Previous experience in the design industry.
Fluent in English and Italian; native English preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long‑term relationships with international clients.
High level of adaptability and a strong desire to learn, with openness to ongoing feedback from management.
Proficiency in CRM systems and social media platforms.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is considered a strong plus.
