For us, lasting trusted relationships with our teams and clients are essential.In this role, you will:Serve as a visible leader onsite, driving progress and ensuring adherence to safe work practices during the upgrade of electrical transmission systems within a substation.Coordinate with the client, consultant team, and contractor to manage all project activities, including snagging, scheduling, and engaging key partners.Proactively identify issues and lead efforts to resolve them efficiently, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.Implement and monitor key project processes, working closely with the client to identify opportunities for improvements and adjustments.Lead and participate in key project meetings to track progress, address challenges collaboratively, and communicate updates effectively to all stakeholders.Enforce project procedures and ensure compliance with best practices throughout the project lifecycle.We would love to hear from you if you:Have experience managing electrical transmission upgrades, particularly on substation projects for data centres or similar high-stakes environments.Hold a project management certification (PMP or equivalent) or are actively pursuing one.
