Business Development Manager
Synbalance, a leading company in the probiotics sector, is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the selected candidate will be mainly responsible for:
Developing the customer portfolio and carrying out client scouting activities;
Defining sales strategies in the assigned territories;
Collecting all necessary information for customer profiling and for analyzing customer activities in order to achieve sales targets;
Managing existing customers and developing the assigned territories;
Defining budgets, sales targets, and commercial strategies for the assigned area in collaboration with the Sales Director;
Supporting the management of customer complaints;
Handling customer support requests and coordinating activities with other departments;
Providing technical and commercial support to distributors;
Monitoring and managing quotations and offers;
Preparing customer reports.
Requirements
Degree in a technical‑scientific or economic field;
1–3 years of experience in a similar role within the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical sector, with experience in international markets;
Excellent knowledge of English; a second European or non‑European language is a plus;
Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities;
High organizational and decision‑making flexibility;
Strong interpersonal skills with both clients and colleagues;
Dynamic, proactive, precise, and punctual approach to work;
Problem‑solving mindset and strong results orientation;
Willingness to travel.
