Join our team and “Be You Be Aptar”Aptar is seeking a Global Human Resources Systems & Data Governance Specialist, based at its Aptar Chieti site or working remotely.The Global Human Resources Systems & Data Governance Specialist supports, as a global system administrator, the Human Capital Management domain. They are responsible for HR data integrity and governance, supporting HR Master Data and Organizational Management data validation, and HR KPI reporting. Additionally, they work on HR projects and system enhancements, mainly in SuccessFactors and connected satellite systems, collaborating with function leaders from design to implementation. They contribute to all HCM process activities and regularly interact with global HR representatives and the business community.Responsibilities include:Managing SuccessFactors process administration, updates, and governance related to the global organization.Supporting organizational changes in coordination with site, country, region, and global HR teams to ensure data consistency and system integration.Handling mass data changes in SuccessFactors.Implementing HR processes and providing feedback on their execution.Supporting and testing a range of HR projects.Ensuring HR policies and procedures are properly followed.Supporting analytics, reporting, and periodic HR KPI reports.Promoting a data-driven culture through training and knowledge sharing on reporting capabilities.Managing communication, change management, and training initiatives.Participating in process improvements, tool implementations, and simplification efforts.Supporting process mapping and documentation, including version control.Managing technical/functional communication within the HR Admin Community.Overseeing HR process management from a technical perspective, including objectives, performance appraisal, onboarding, and succession planning.Conducting HR data audits for accuracy and consistency.Facilitating training for HR analytics and HRIS adoption.Contributing to a data-driven culture through reporting training and knowledge sharing.Job LocationBased in Aptar Chieti or remote work options available.EducationDegree in Economics, Social Science, Human Resources, or Information Technology.Required SkillsExperience with SuccessFactors system configuration and maintenance.Teamwork experience.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proven project management success.Experience managing cross-country projects.Excellent English skills (additional languages are a plus).Deep Excel skills and analytical abilities.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize and solve problems analytically.Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating demeanor.Ability to coordinate with management and departments.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of additional languages is a plus.Travel RequirementsUp to 30% travel expected.About UsAptar leverages insights, design, engineering, and science to develop innovative packaging technologies that enhance brand value and impact lives globally.
