Job Description
As Group Leader Commercial Refrigeration, you will drive business growth within the commercial refrigeration segment, lead strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen market presence and profitability.
Reporting directly to the Group Director Refrigeration, you will play a key role in ensuring our solutions meet evolving industry needs and support the company’s long-term success.
Your Responsibilities
Shape the product portfolio: Lead the development of our refrigeration product range and identify new market opportunities.
Analyze and optimize: Use market trends, performance data, and customer insights to refine strategies and enhance solution effectiveness.
Drive profitability: Monitor and manage key KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and improve product performance.
Collaborate across functions: Work closely with internal teams, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure effective product management and strong partnerships.
Enable seamless execution: Partner with sales, key account management, procurement, pricing, logistics, and e-commerce teams to implement product strategies successfully.
Ensure data excellence: Maintain accurate, up-to-date product information and implement best practices for data management.
Lead and develop talent: Gradually take responsibility for managing a small team of 2–3 Junior Product Managers, fostering their growth and skill development.
Qualifications
You are the right fit if you bring:
3–5 years of professional experience in product management or business development
Technical or commercial experience in the commercial refrigeration sector or related fields (GDO, HVAC, food retail, plant engineering).
Proven track record in business development, sales strategy, or commercial leadership roles.
Experience in team management or coordinating projects and activities.
Strong communication, mediation, and listening skills.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
Collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams.
Business fluency in English (C1) and Italian.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
