Let’s make it happen!About the role:As the Growth Marketing Manager for Italy, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention in one of our core European markets. You will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies tailored to the Italian market, leveraging digital channels to fuel growth and build a strong local presence. Working closely with central marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams, you'll ensure we deliver impactful campaigns that drive measurable business results.What You’ll Do:Growth Strategy & ExecutionPlan and execute full-funnel growth initiatives for the Italian market, including user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies, based on in-depth market knowledge.Localize and adapt global marketing strategies to the needs and behaviors of Italian users.Identify, approach, and manage partnerships with Italian businesses, industry associations, and complementary services for co-marketing opportunities.Plan and execute marketing activities at Italian trade shows, business events, and city-specific roadshows that require local expertise.Monitor local competitors' activities around product strategy, acquisition channels, and growth tactics in the Italian market.Organizing and facilitating regional customer advisory boards to gather feedback to feed into product and marketing strategies.Identify and test the most effective channel mix specifically for the Italian market, including channels that may be uniquely effective locally.Analytics & OptimizationMonitor campaign performance and growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates, etc.).Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Power BI to derive insights and inform strategy.Translate data into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Cross-functional CollaborationAct as the local marketing point of contact for Italy, aligning with central teams on go-to-market strategy, brand, messaging, value proposition and target achievement.Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment on lead quality and conversion.Coordinate with Product and Operations to feed market insights into roadmap and user experience improvements.What You Bring:5 years+ of experience in growth, field, performance, or digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced tech, fintech, or SaaS environment.Proven ability to execute and scale data-driven marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot).Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and performance reporting.Fluent Italian and English.Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.Previous experience in the Italian SMB market with a good understanding of local consumer behavior and media landscape is a plus.Why you should join myPOS:Vibrant international team operating in hi-tech environmentAnnual salary reviews, promotions and performance bonusesmyPOS Academy for upskilling and trainingRefer-a-friend bonus as we know that working with friends is funAnnual individual training and development budgetTeambuilding, social activities and networks on multi-national levelWho we are:Since 2014 we’ve been all about making payments easier and more accessible for businesses of all shapes and sizes.
