As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for Italy for our subsidiary Prima Electro, based in Moncalieri (Turin), to support the site's growth, assist the sales management team, and increase business development activity.
Main missions:
Actively prospect for new clients in diverse industrial sectors aligned with the Group's strategy.
Develop revenue through new client acquisition.
Develop and retain an existing portfolio by building lasting and trusting relationships.
Identify technical needs and support clients in implementing innovative electronic solutions.
Build partnerships and collaborations within Prima Electro, across the Group, and with external partners who can help develop the business.
Oversee projects from negotiation to delivery, working closely with the technical and production teams.
Contribute to the sales and marketing strategy and the collective momentum to position Prima Electro as an industry leader.
Experience and Personality we look for:
Autonomous and possessing strong management skills.
Solid expertise in the industrial products and services sales sector in electronics, automation, or electromechanics (5+ years).
Proficient in planning and organization.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the dynamism and determination needed to present the company's capabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills, good listening, and a passion for field work.
Solid experience in promoting company technical capabilities and supporting R&D and engineering teams to achieve success.
Good understanding of the market and prior experience in EMS companies.
Technical aptitude and a proactive approach.
Participation in various trade shows is required.
