Experience and competencies7+ years in IT architecture or senior infrastructure roles with progressive responsibilityProven track record managing large-scale enterprise IT projects incorporating cybersecurity and network solutionsExperience working in agile environments and cross-functional teamsStrong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)Expertise in cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, identity and access management, and network securityIn-depth understanding of network design, protocols, and troubleshooting (TCP / IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)Proficiency with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper‑V, or KVMProficiency with Linux - Red HatFamiliarity with containerization technologies and cloud‑native architecture patternsAbility to translate complex business needs into technical solutions that are resilient and scalableExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Red Hat OpenShiftKnowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)Soft skillsProblem solvingGood communication skillsGoal‑oriented approachSelf‑DrivenProactive to solutionTeamworkLanguagesItalian (Fluent)English (fluent, oral and written)
