Senior Functional Analyst – Finance & Controlling – TEXA S.p.A.
Project: The candidate will participate in a digital transformation project implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to replace Microsoft Dynamics AX2012. Estimated duration 36‑42 months, HQ in Italy with 7 foreign subsidiaries. Mixed internal/external team with top‑tier system integrator. Focus on business blueprint analysis and adoption of best practices.
Responsibilities

Analysis and reengineering of accounting and financial processes.
Configuration of Finance modules in D365 (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management).
Support definition of the Business Blueprint and validation of solutions.
Management of functional tests, data migration and user training.
Integration with Procurement, Sales and external systems (treasury, banks).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance or, alternatively, structured ERPs like SAP, Oracle.
Knowledge of advanced D365 features (Global Finance & Consolidation, Financial Dimensions, Electronic Reporting, Business performance planning, Cost Accounting, Cost Management, Landed Cost, Subscription Billing, Project Accounting, Budgeting, Electronic Invoicing).
Experience with integrations with Inventory and Production modules, Project toward external systems.
Preferred competence in Mulesoft or other ESB.
Teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration.

Management and guidance of key users and stakeholders.
Effective communication and result orientation.
Proactivity and problem solving.

Qualifications

Title of study: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics or related disciplines.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a corporate or consulting environment.
Language: Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
