A global leader in the logistics & express delivery sector is expanding its Italian customer operations. We are hiring Italian-speaking professionals for a fully remote support role within Greece. Salary & Benefits

Salary: 1,050 gross / month × 14 salaries per year
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly
Work Model: Fully remote from anywhere in Greece

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional support to Italian‑speaking customers of a global logistics provider
Assist with tracking inquiries, delivery updates, and service‑related questions
Handle communication via phone, email and chat
Follow operational guidelines and performance standards

Candidate Profile

Native / Fluent Italian + good level of English
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Customer‑focused and reliable
EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
Ability to start on 16 December 2025
