Italian Speaking Customer Service for Manufacturing Company in Greece
Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a Manufacturing Company based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have an interest in the manufacturing sector. You will communicate with clients in Italian and assist them with inquiries related to products and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer inquiries regarding manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Provide accurate information about product specifications, availability, and pricing to customers
Assist clients with order placement, tracking, and fulfillment inquiries
Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and ensure customer expectations are met
Stay updated on manufacturing processes and product knowledge to better assist customers
Requirements
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the manufacturing sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building customer relationships
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirableWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary
