Job Description for Paramed MRI Unit Sales & Marketing Specialist - Genoa
Location: Genoa
Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's sales and marketing plan to achieve set objectives.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market analysis, develop competitive intelligence, and observe market trends.
Support the Sales & Marketing (S&M) Director in developing global sales and marketing strategies.
Promote the company's products and services.
Assist in planning, preparing, and executing regional, national, and international congresses and events.
Support the sales plan execution and work towards meeting sales targets.
Prepare and support pricing negotiations and tender bids.
Identify new leads and prospects, converting them into customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Manage agents and distributors across EMEA.
Champion the CRM system, ensuring all customer information is accurately captured and maintained.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and consolidate customer-specific information.
Ensure adherence to all relevant company policies and procedures.
Maintain and enhance individual sales skills and technical knowledge.
Knowledge and Experience
Biomedical or technical degree.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer insight skills to communicate effectively with sophisticated clients.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify and prioritize customer needs and build effective business relationships.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Confidence and ability to interact with C-Level executives both internally and externally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change.
Strong team working attitude.
