DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
A Junior Social Media and Influencer Specialist is overseeing AW LAB interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn). His/her duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online. He/she will be in charge to define an AW LAB influencer community through influencer agency and direct contact.
He/she will be responsible for the social media strategy, content production and definition of PED. He/she will manage through external agency the influencer activities and communities. Internally he/she will receive relevant information from brand communication area, omnichannel, product department and to play accordingly the activities.
KEY CHALLENGES

Define the social media strategy for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
Define the PED for all social media platforms
Manage and oversee social media content to make sure production is in line with the platforms and the brand
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools
Collaborate with influencer agency to build AW LAB community and get direct contacts with influencers
Collaborate with Sales and Product Development teams

REQUIREMENTS

Al least 1 or 2 years in social media position
Fluent in English (Spanish nice to have)
Crazy for social media, influencers, with lots of creative and out of box ideas
Passionate and direct contact with Italian and Spanish influencers
Dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic about life

LOCATION

Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on‑site training period
