Role Mission
The Legal Counsel will be part of the Legal Department of SAES Getters S.p.A., reporting directly to the General Counsel, and will support the business functions in the management of contracts and legal matters related to business activities. The role involves close collaboration with the internal IP (Intellectual Property) Department and with the R&D (Research & Development) and Commercial divisions, within a dynamic and international environment.
Main Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supply agreements and distribution agreements (including consignment agreements).
Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) and collaboration agreements for innovative projects with IP implications.
Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and consultancy agreements.
Research agreements with universities.
Agency agreements.
Supporting the definition of standard contract templates for consignment supply agreements to be used with international partners.
Reviewing contracts with service providers (marketing, IT, general services).
Collaborating with the IP Department on legal matters related to patents and intellectual property.
Supporting business divisions on contractual needs and regulatory compliance matters.
Requirements and Qualifications
Law degree, preferably with admission to the legal profession.
Experience: at least 6 years, possible with an initial background in a law firm (preferably in corporate law, commercial contracts, and/or IP) followed by in‑house experience in structured and international environments.
Technical skills: complex commercial contracts, knowledge of intellectual property and management of IP‑related agreements, familiarity with international contracts.
Languages: excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Soft skills: strong negotiation skills, organizational and stakeholder management capabilities, problem‑solving orientation, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Position level and annual gross salary: indicative range of €50.000,00–€55.000,00, to be defined based on experience and professional background.
