You will be the privileged contact for your client and will be able to adapt to their requests, advise them and offer them a personalized and memorable service.

L’Hotel dispone di 94 camere, 2 ristoranti, di cui uno Gourmet, piscina esterna con beach club e la nuovissima Spa Luce del Lago, completamente ristrutturata nel 2025.
Responsabilità

Efficiently allocates and directs the work tasks of the outlets according to the directives received.
Ensures that the customer is well looked after.
Offers an attentive service adapted to the customer’s needs.
Adapts his/her organization and staffing levels according to the activity.
Participates in inventories of crockery, china, cutlery, furniture and audiovisual equipment and informs the purchasing manager of the need to renew stocks.
Ensures teams are well presented.
Organizes and controls the work of his/her team.
Ensures the cleanliness of his/her workplace and food safety (HACCP).
Maintains constant contact with all sectors of the hotel.

Qualifiche

Ideally from a hotel formation, significant experience in a position and similar institution.
Excellent presentation and good relationship skills. Motivated, with a keen sense of organization and teamwork.
Fluency in English is essential (second language desirable).
