Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager
Reports To: Head of Marketing

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to strengthen our go-to-market engine and ensure our marketing efforts are measurable, automated, and aligned with Sales and Field Marketing.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, automation excellence, smooth processes and cross-team alignment. You will work closely with Sales, ABM, Field Marketing, Digital- and Content teams to ensure every marketing initiative is trackable, measurable and optimized to drive pipeline creation
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Ownership & Automation
Serve as the HubSpot super-user and administrator, managing workflows, scoring, routing, nurture programs, landing pages, integrations and templates.
Ensure accurate lead lifecycle management (MQL → SAL → SQL) and seamless HubSpot-Salesforce data flow.
Maintain accurate attribution and reporting.
Marketing Data Infrastructure & Reporting
Own data quality, segmentation, tagging and database hygiene.
Ensure UTM and event tracking, source categorization and build funnel and ROI dashboards.
Process Optimization & Governance
Define and improve marketing processes (campaign execution, scoring and qualification).
Maintain alignment with Marketing, Sales, ABM, IT and Field teams.
Campaign Execution Support
Support ABM, Field Marketing, Social, Content and Events with correct setup, tracking and reporting.
Evaluate and integrate new tools, maintain health of HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics, ads and tracking systems.
Compliance & Data Governance
Ensure GDPR-compliant data usage, consent management and segmentation.
Partner with legal and IT on governance.
Required Skills & Experience:
Data Management & CRM Expertise
Strong experience with Hubspot and Salesforce.
Skilled in segmentation, data hygiene and enrichment.
Analytics & Reporting
Proficiency with Google Looker Studio, HubSpot reports, Salesforce dashboards.
Ability to build funnel and performance analytics.
Process Design & Automation
Experience with lead lifecycle design, lead scoring, routing, nurture workflows and campaign automation.
Attribution & Performance Optimization
Knowledge of single-touch and multi-touch attribution models.
Ability to evaluate and report campaign performance and ROI.
Experience integrating and optimizing the marketing tech ecosystem (CRM, automation, analytics, ads platforms, ABM tools, etc.).
Governance & Compliance
Strong understanding of GDPR and privacy requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
4–7 years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (certifications are a plus).
Strong analytical mindset and passion for automation.
Fluent in English and Italian, German is a plus.
Experience in enterprise or multi-region environments.
