You will work alongside experienced colleagues to develop your technical skills in networking and IT systems, in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport configuration and monitoring of network devices (switches, routers, firewalls).Assist in managing and developing company network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).Perform first-level troubleshooting for connectivity issues.Handle user requests related to network access and issues.Help document configurations and technical procedures.Contribute to network performance analysis and service improvements.Support ICT teams in designing and deploying new services.Monitor and manage infrastructure assets throughout their lifecycle.Hard SkillsBachelor’s degree (obtained or in progress) in IT, STEM or related field.Basic knowledge of IT enterprise architecture (Cloud, On-Prem, Hybrid systems).Understanding of main network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers.Interest in IT security.Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux.
