You don’t need to love dancing to have fun at this ball : you’ll find everything from magical moments to beautiful photo ops and themed food & drink. You can also stop by the market to browse merchandise and pick up a wand, if you don’t have one already. Ready for the magic to begin?ABOUT THE ROLEYou will become a key reference point and bridging figure between the Fever and onsite teams, ensuring the smooth running of each showOnsite management of all stakeholders and suppliers involved (catering, merchandising, security, staff, cleanings, location, third parties)Cue to stage managers to start / stop the show according to schedule and flow managementValidation of staff schedules and time sheetsResponsible for all the Front of House operations such as ticketing, customer complaints and concerns, special requestsDaily reporting to Fever Originals team about the status of each event; including both the pre and post event findings and feedbackImplementation of the contingency and emergency plansEnsuring all health & safety standards are being followedPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAt least 5 years of previous relevant experience in the event industryExperience in managing teams of 20+ peopleExceptional observation skillsAbility to deal with stressful situations in a calm and professional mannerMust be an effective communicator, team oriented and have strong leadership skillsA problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and efficiently when faced with issues on-siteComfortable working in a constantly changing environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorFluency in Italian & English, both written and verbalCommitment for the entire duration of the event (Nov ‘22 - Feb ’23)Fever is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workspace where everyone's background and ideas count.
