Job DescriptionThe Product Application is part of the Product Management Wood team in the Business Unit Wood function. The position reports to the Product Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport onsite commissioning at the customer’s facility.Work with R&D to report recurring issues and propose enhancements.Prepare training ad hoc for clients regarding their needsProviding customers with advanced usage and application training.KEY ACTIVITIESCollect technical and application requirements of clientsStudy the customer’s processes to understand how the product can fit in.Run functional tests in the lab and/or pilot environment.Creating application manuals, guides, and test reports.
