Regional Planning & Logistics Supervisor – EMEA
Overview
The Regional Planning & Logistics Supervisor – EMEA is responsible for generating optimal distribution plans for radiopharmaceutical (RLT) products across the EMEA Region. The role balances risk and cost while managing supplier activities, CAPA investigations, supplier risk assessments, qualifications, validations, and logistics projects in alignment with global and local SOPs and GxP regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop an optimal distribution strategy with proactive planning to ensure compliance and continuity of RLT supplies, emphasizing customer needs, data integrity, and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with country-level stakeholders and global supply‑chain teams, including the RLT Control Tower, order management, and manufacturing sites, to establish processes for optimal RLT product distribution.
Identify, assess, and communicate distribution risks; develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to maintain distribution continuity.
Work with suppliers on routing plans to improve performance metrics such as on-time performance, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction.
Lead action plans to achieve delivery performance targets and drive continuous improvement.
Develop cross‑functional processes to improve logistics operations.
Investigate quality events, implement CAPA, qualifications, validations, SOPs, change control management, and risk assessments related to logistics processes alongside partner functions.
Coordinate with Production and Quality departments to align logistics activities with production needs.
Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and quality requirements within the area of responsibility.
Qualifications
Scientific / Engineering / Supply Chain Management degree.
Solid experience in a similar supply‑chain, logistics, or planning role within a global organization.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Desired Experience
Background in the healthcare industry, particularly with radioactive drug supply chains or other time‑critical operations.
