Branch Manager Architecture
Our client, a growing multidisciplinary architecture firm, is opening a new branch in Zurich. To lead this exciting project, we are looking for an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in architecture and team leadership.
Position: Branch Manager Architecture 100% CDI (H/F/D)
Responsibilities

Manage and develop the Zurich branch
Lead architectural projects from design to execution
Build strong relationships with clients, authorities, and key stakeholders
Recruit, motivate, and guide your team towards success
Represent the company in the Swiss-German market and contribute to its growth

Profile

Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management
Proactive, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset
Fluent in German and English; French is an asset
