Role
Senior Architect with proven experience, strong leadership in design and strategic management of projects.
Responsibilities

Define the design vision for projects, ensuring architectural excellence, technical coherence and quality execution.
Supervision of all project phases – from conception to execution – managing internal teams, consultants and stakeholders.
Mentorship of junior colleagues, contributing to the development of internal competencies and group growth.

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture or related disciplines.
12–15 years of experience on complex architectural projects (mixed use, directional, hospitality, residential, retail).
Strong capability to lead architectural concepts and masterplans.
Deep knowledge of Italian and international regulations, approval processes and technical standards.
Experience in multidisciplinary coordination (structural, mechanical, sustainability, landscape, interior).
Excellent BIM knowledge and ability to integrate into advanced digital workflows.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and public speaking.
Ability to interface with corporate and institutional clients, managing timelines, deliverables and expectations.
Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken.
Logistical availability at our office in Rome.
