What will you help us create?Key ResponsibilitiesManaging cross‑functional initiatives, organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations (Transportation, BI, Operations, Finance, etc.) and stakeholders.Partnering with key supply chain experts across DGL to lead, support, and influence new business initiatives to help K‑Flex scale globally.Building strong partnerships with 3PL operation field leaders to identify opportunities to innovate new technology and scale productively with new initiatives.Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and financial drivers.Working with cross‑functional teams and 3PL to remove daily operational barriers.Driving consistency in operations with network process standardization.Evaluating global warehouse topology and facility design, communicating results through MBR/QBR to senior leadership.Traveling as required.About the TeamK‑Flex Operations in the Device Global Logistics (DGL) group is looking for an individual who wants to work on a business that is growing at a rapid pace.
