Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal’s future.What the job looks likeEach day, you'll enjoy a variety of challenges such as:As a Shift Coordinator you will be responsible for organising and supervising all production phases, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and maintaining high levels of productivity, quality, and hygieneCoordinate and train a diverse team of operators per shift, promoting engagement and adherence to safety and quality standardsYou will play a key role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment, through OPEX methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and performance monitoring: i.e. you will track key performance indicators such as OEE and lead initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtimeOrganise and coordinate production activities, including accurate completion of batch records, in line with GMP requirementsProvide technical and operational support for machine and automated system parameter adjustments, in-process product control, batch and format changes, and equipment cleaningCompile all processing documentation and ensure accurate data collection for reporting and analysisYou will collaborate in cross‑functional teams, working closely with Planning, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance departments to ensure seamless operationsWhat you’ll bring to the tableTo make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:University degree in Chemistry, CTF, Pharmacy, Biotechnologies or related fieldsKnowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing processes in pharma, food or nutraceutical industriesFluency both in Italian and EnglishOpen to work on 3 shiftsExcellent organisational and leadership skillsLean mindset: familiarity with Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools is highly desirableAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.Grünenthal offers equal employment opportunities.
