As part of our team, you’ll receive guidance, support, and products to help you reach your personal wellness goals.About The RoleThe Social Media Specialist will support the EMEA Marketing team by managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and ensuring alignment with our brand identity and global marketing strategy.What You’ll DoCreate, plan, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, maintaining brand consistency.Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost visibility, engagement, and brand awareness in the EMEA region.Collaborate closely with the Global Communications and EMEA Marketing Directors to align initiatives.Produce and edit visual and multimedia content, including photography, short‑form video (Reels), and graphics.Monitor channels daily, respond to engagement, and identify growth opportunities.Prepare analytics reports, assess performance, and propose improvements.Support marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and events across Europe, including incentive trips.Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to optimise performance.Perform other marketing and creative duties as assigned.What We’re Looking ForStrong understanding of digital marketing, trends, and branding strategy.Proficiency in photography, light video editing, and basic graphic design.Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in French or Spanish is an advantage.Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.Creative mindset with analytical ability to assess effectiveness and audience insights.Self‑starter who works independently and collaborates effectively with global teams.Education and ExperienceDegree or equivalent in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or a similar creative role.Experience in direct selling or multi‑level marketing is an advantage.Work ArrangementMay be based in the United Kingdom or Italy; only one role will be offered.Occasional travel to events, incentive trips, and regional marketing meetings across the UK and Europe.Adequate home‑office setup and reliable high‑speed internet are required.Benefits and Perks25 days of paid annual leave.Mental health support via Employee Assistance Program.Employee discounts on Partner.Co products.Opportunity to collaborate with international teams and global initiatives.Our ValuesTrue Partnership | No.1 Investment is Health | Customer Focused | Real Products, Real Results | Excellence in Every Act | Courage to Lead | Dream Big, Act Now | Culture of Performance | Work is an Adventure | Built to LastInterviewing With Partner.CoOur recruitment process: Application Review → HR Screening → Manager Interview → Practical Exercise (shortlisted candidates) → Final Interview → Offer.Equal Opportunity EmployerPartner.Co is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
