Responsibilities

Design complex solutions across applications, integrations, data, and cloud.
Ensure architectures are scalable, secure, and high‑performing.
Optimize and scale cloud‑based applications.
Guide teams on architectural best practices and standards.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption.
Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams as a trusted advisor.
Present decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Mentor engineers and solution architects.
Participate actively in architecture reviews and forums.

Qualifications

Solid experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Solution Architect in enterprise environments.
5–10 years in software engineering with strong Java skills (J2EE, multithreaded services, web apps).
Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and storage.
Hands‑on knowledge of microservices (Spring Boot, Micronaut, Quarkus).
Familiarity with architectural/data patterns (Saga, CQRS, Event Sourcing).
Strong understanding of distributed transactions.
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
Familiarity with API Gateway, OIDC authentication, and network architecture.
AI‑savvy: capable of designing AI‑enabled solutions (xLMs, fine‑tuning, RAG, Agents).
Agile mindset with Scrum experience (Jira, Confluence).
Experience in financial services is a plus.
