Inspect the results of the testing and continuously refine and improve the testing methodologies – defining what ‘good’ looks like
Establish and oversee quality metrics and improvement initiatives that scale across our network
Drive engineering excellence for complete system implementations
Foster collaboration between engineers, vendors, customers, and business stakeholders
Champion data‑driven decision making and continuous improvement

Master's Degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field
Experience managing geographically distributed teams
Experience developing and executing multi‑year technology roadmaps
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across organizations
