This is the technical arm of this organization, with 20+ engineers from all disciplines collaborating on all aspects of technical development & execution in production.Basic QualificationsExperience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large‑scale infrastructureExperience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, RustExperience with Linux/UnixExperience with CI/CD pipelines build processes3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience5+ years of systems design, software development, operations, automation, and process improvement experienceBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalentPreferred QualificationsExperience with distributed systems at scaleExperience writing technical documents, project plans and progress reports to leadership and to stakeholdersExperience in mentoring, leading, or managing more junior engineersOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
