This role covers the entire process—from initial supplier assessment and production approval to managing non-conformities and evaluating supplier performance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the supplier qualification process, including initial assessment and production approval;Manage non-conformities (NC) and implement corrective actions;Conduct final performance evaluations of suppliers;Handle simple commodities and address non-complex quality issues;Regularly visit suppliers both in Italy and abroad;Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards;Support the development and implementation of supplier improvement plans;Monitor performance metrics and contribute to cost optimization initiatives;Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to supplier activities.Education and Experience Requirements (Mandatory):Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering;Strong interest in supplier quality management and continuous improvement;Ability to work collaboratively and learn from experienced colleagues;Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail;Good communication and organizational skills;This position does not require prior work experience.
