What you will do:
At Johnson Controls, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Italy JCI Security Products Intrusion team. You will promote the full Security Products Intrusion portfolio including best-in-class products and solutions available on the market. You will be an important part of a team; whose task is to contribute to a profitable growth in the region. In this new and exciting role, you will be responsible for giving technical support to our customers in the Italian market.
How you will do it:
You will be a part of and work closely with the Italian team as well as distributors, Installers, Central Station and the relevant customers. So, we expect from you to be a team player.
You will work in interaction with our product managers and technical hot line to give them all the info necessary.
Visit and give support to integrators and installers.
You will support them during the first phase of the launching.
You will promote our products by presentation or demonstration and explain to prospects all the advantages of our intrusion solutions.
You will participate in events such as exhibitions and others
Will be required to organize training sessions to sales customer’s team of our products.
You will test our products and create your own didactic documents under PPT or Word for your customer presentations.
You will keep our customers informed of the latest solutions and new products.
We therefore expect you to have initiative and a good team spirit, growth strategy and new business channel exploring attitude.
What we are looking for:
Skills and knowledges in technical intrusion products or analogue expertise
Open for travel in daily work all over the country
You have a good level of written and spoken English
Well-structured and organized and result-oriented profile
Home based, you preferably live in the Center/North Italy
Additional qualifications:
Experience with sales and/or business development
Activity experience using Social Media
Experience using tools such as Microsoft Teams or analogues for webinars and remote customer management
Sales experiences in technology, consumer electronics, services
