To strengthen its internal team, the company is looking for a dedicated individual to join as a Technical Commercial Reference in Western Sicily.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the technical point of contact for Area Managers, officials, agents, and clients.Provide technical solutions and support their inclusion in specifications with the help of the central technical office.Assist sales activities technically, including onboarding new team members, transferring methodologies, and technical arguments.Build and manage a network of contacts with designers, general contractors, and installation companies to generate commercial opportunities.Plan territory activities and collaborate with the Area Manager to define priorities, contributing to the Technical Commercial Action Plan.Develop a network of local companies in synergy with the sales force, facilitating relationships between general contractors and applicative companies.Participate as a speaker in technical training and update meetings for direct and indirect clients, in coordination with the Area Manager.Qualifications:Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture.Knowledge of architectural design firms, construction companies, and installation businesses within the designated geographic area.Good command of the English language.Familiarity with CRM systems and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication, presentation, and engagement skills.Motivation, autonomy, initiative, and a team-oriented attitude.Work Location: Western Sicily
