Responsibilities

Optimize sales of our assortment and manage store personnel.
Assist the Store Manager in store operations and layout improvements.
Coordinate shelves to maximize sales and review daily activities to improve customer experience and brand image.
Schedule staff shifts, recruit new personnel, and answer questions from colleagues or customers.

Requirements

High school diploma (diploma di scuola superiore).
Experience in retail with supervisory responsibilities.
Availability to work full‑time on 5–6 day shifts from Monday to Sunday.
Proactive, managerial approach with proven team motivation skills.
Alignment with Action corporate culture: customer‑oriented, respectful, teamwork‑focused, disciplined, simple, and waste‑free.
Good knowledge of English.
Ready to participate in 8‑week onboarding organized by Action.
