Brand Manager - Complement-Mediated Disease

Responsibilities
Develop and manage a complete marketing program for the successful introduction, marketing and sales of brand in scope.
Collaborate with all departments to ensure an effective alignment on information, solutions co‑creation and identification of current and future business opportunities.
Review and analyze sales trends to monitor overall profitable growth and marketing position as well as to timely identify possible areas of improvement.
Inform and keep the organization informed on vital activities that affect objectives and goals of the division.
Responsible for planning and executing the marketing plan within the approved operating expenses level.
Ensure good accuracy for the Demand Plan.
Develop and implement local marketing plan strategies and tactics according to the Global Brand Plan.
Develop and implement omnichannel plan strategies according to the Global plan.
Liaise with the global team and contribute to developing the launch and marketing strategy and tactical plan of assigned product(s).
Sharpen and adapt the local commercialization strategy and tactics based on customer insights and market/competitor perspectives and ensure key information is included in global strategy development.
Lead the Brand cross‑functional team (BOOST) to identify new business opportunities, insights and solutions to implement.
Localize and tailor global key messages and promotional tools to develop impactful omnichannel brand communication, in compliance with Italian law.
In coordination with NSM and KAMs prepare the account plans and support their implementation.
Drive cross‑functional brand plan tactics implementation and KPIs with highest standards of compliance.
Lead involvement in national congresses, local events and initiatives, working to support the sales team.
Build network with stakeholders in collaboration with commercial team, medical, patient access & CE&C team to manage customer relationships on a country scale.
May act as MRP owner.
Ensure local training for the sales force together with the medical team and other functions.
Act in the role in accordance with SOBI policies, SOPs and in compliance with Italian law.
Secure the alignment of the demand plans for assigned product(s) in the MKT with high adherence to accuracy requirements.
Secure the alignment of the A&P budget spending according to the phased finance in the plan.
Qualifications
University‑level education – medical or science based.
Recent haematology / rare disease / nephrology experience in a marketing role for a minimum of 3 years.
Brand management experience minimum 3 years.
Strong cross‑cultural leadership, effective communication and team‑working skills.
Multi‑stakeholder project management and leadership experience, delivering results on time and within budget.
Flexibility, ability to manage change and operate in an environment of uncertainty.
Demonstrable customer relationship management experience.
Strong accountability approach/mindset.
Skills / Knowledge / Languages
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Additional European language skills are an advantage.
Proficient IT skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
