Umana S.p.A. is recruiting a COMMERCIAL BACK OFFICE SPECIALIST for an important multinational company.
The selected candidate will be part of the Sales Department and will contribute to the efficient management of commercial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer order entry and management
Invoicing activities
After-sales support and issue resolution
Assistance to the sales team
Participation in industry trade fairs and occasional short business trips
Requirements
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of German is considered an asset
Previous experience in commercial back office or international sales roles preferred
Strong teamwork skills and a professional, proactive attitude
