Escalate complex issues to higher level technical support. Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferible or Biotech/Technical/Electronic secondary school diploma, proficient English mandatory. Open to travel, driving license mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Italian. Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well.
