Today, around 3,100 employees carry out manufacturing and sales in more than 30 countries.Essential duties and responsibilitiesThe candidate will be part of the Research & Development team and will have the following responsibilities:Preparation and monitoring of project progress (GANTT); managing project/schedule development and updates.Ability to define tasks, set priorities, and manage project time in an efficient wayLead research and innovation activities related to all aspects of fan technology, involving internal and external resources.Design and development of mechanical and aerodynamic parts (metal/plastic) for introduction into the product line using new and existing technologiesDevelop internal design knowledge for production standardization/modularizationCreation of bills of materials, operating instructions, CAD drawingsPropose new technologies, materials, and components to support new product development and existing product improvementsInteract with the supplier network to evaluate the best design solutions and their feasibilityMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, networking, and participating in professional associations.Support product prototyping with a focus on 3D printing and other new prototyping technologies.Support laboratory technicians in development and testing.Knowledge of the operating principles of electric motors, both synchronous and asynchronous, and general skills in electrical systems (electrical panels).Availability to actively participate and checking installations at customer sites (field tests and support), of installed products and gathering useful feedback to improve the new solutions adopted.Essential requirementsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent; with a focus on fluid dynamic aspect of ventilation and on mechanical product5-10 years of experience in fluid dynamic and mechanical designAbility and autonomy to develop product and to manage projectFamiliarity with major 3D design softwareFamiliarity with Simulation toolKnowledge of SolidWorks, Flow Simulation and SolidWorks Simulation PremiumExperience using FEM and/or CFD analysis toolsFluid dynamics knowledge and skills is a mustExcellent knowledge of Italian, both spoken and writtenGood knowledge of English, both spoken and writtenAvailable to work primarily on-site and short-to-medium-term travel to environments such as livestock farms and/or greenhousesPreferred requirementsAbility to analyze complex situations, quickly identify problems, and find efficient solutions.Experience designing machine componentsExperience in an industrial sector or technology laboratoryExperience designing and developing plastic products will be a plusAbility to read wiring diagrams for simple systems, and operative skills in connecting motors, configuring circuit breakers, setting Driver etc.Electrical and electronic competence is a plusContractual conditionsPermanent contractSmart working 4 days per monthCompensation package defined based on the selected candidate's skillsThe job interviews will be held in Italian language.
