For more information on Hill, please visit our website at www.hillintl.comGeneral Description of Role and ResponsibilitiesHSEQ / Technical IntegrityPerformanceCostScheduleCompany reputationLocal / National economic developmentMobilizing and managing the multidisciplinary team responsible for the execution of the project and selection of the most cost effective solutionPreparing the project strategy, including contracting strategy/plans and HSEQ planPreparation of the Risk Register and relevant mitigation strategy to address identified uncertaintiesPrepare the work program and budget for the projectManaging and supervising the project activitiesManaging and supervising the bid phase up to contract award, preparing the Field development plan and the project execution plan, coordinating project approvalExecuting and completing the project in accordance with the approved development program and budgetEstablishing project procedures and policies in accordance with COMPANY standardsManaging day to day progress of the project operations optimizing the use of the budgetReporting the project progress and cost trends to COMPANY ManagementReviewing and approving the authorization for paymentsReviewing, assessing and approving any contract variationMonitoring of the project progress and costs and instigating / coordinating actions required to keep the project on budget and on scheduleCoordinating the execution of the project activities ensuring that the highest HSEQ standards are maintained throughout all the projectPreparing the necessary certificates to obtain the handover to the production operations departmentPreparing detailed project and phases close out reportsManaging Risks related to the development of the projectQualifications, Experience, Knowledge and SkillsBachelor of Science Degree (B.
