Your Role
We are looking for a Project Field Engineer for an on‑site opportunity at the telco sites of one of our partner companies in Milan (MI), operating in the Telecommunications sector. Travel between Milan and Bologna is required.
Main Responsibilities
Lead and supervise construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task completion.
Plan and optimize site delivery processes and construction schedules.
Ensure construction quality meets engineering specifications and contract requirements.
Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams for installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
Track project progress, manage scope changes, validate extra‑work requests, and maintain reporting systems (IDA/IEPMS).
Execute monthly production and billing plans, ensuring timely achievement of targets.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience managing construction projects and coordinating site teams/subcontractors.
Knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and project reporting.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills; able to travel for site inspections.
