Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent and temporary roles, collaborating with the regional team.
Publish and source candidate pipelines on major job portals and local talent networks.
Maintain and update the internal database with candidate qualifications and status.
Present shortlisted candidates to client companies and manage post‑placement follow‑up.
Handle contract administration, extensions, and compliance documents (assumption, injury, illness).

Qualifications

Experience in workforce selection agencies or structured HR environments.
Degree preferably in humanities‑economics or related field.
Strong interest in HR and a desire to grow professionally.
Good command of English (international context) and excellent Office suite skills.
Team player with orientation to results, dynamism, flexibility, and organizational capacity.
