Join us.Regional Market Access Manager | LombardiaLIVEWhat you will doIn this role (1-year contract) you will maximize market access for products in the region, establish long-term relationships with regional stakeholders, and be the single point of contact for Market Access within the local team.ResponsibilitiesContinuously assess and anticipate changes in regional healthcare environment and implications for Company portfolioEngage key regional stakeholders, building and managing strong long term institutional relationships with themIdentify opportunities for partnership with Regional stakeholders and leverage best practices from Regions coveredEnsure optimal regional access and funding for Company portfolioDevelop and execute a regional access plan according to central market access strategy, in alignment with franchise operating plansContribute to raise Company knowledge on Regional / account access scenario and on risk and opportunities for portfolioExecute access plans acting as a part of a coordinated cross functional in field team with both commercial and medical rolesProvide appropriate recommendations to other functions, related to impact of regional and account access/ funding approachesOversee tender in central buying organizations and support tender office in understanding changes in regional tender dynamicsShare best practices with other RAMsTake a strategic leadership for the reference territory, driving the regional access strategy and overseeing account accessWINWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
