We are seeking a strong and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our F&B outlet. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who excels in operations, staff and guest management, revenue and cost control, and can work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and high team morale. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Club House and Juice Bar to ensure efficient, high-quality service
Lead, motivate, and manage staff with a positive leadership style, even in high-pressure environments
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and professionally handle guest concerns
Drive revenue growth while controlling food, beverage, and labor costs
Build and sustain high team morale through coaching, teamwork, and clear communication
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Collaborate effectively with management and other departments as a team player
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in a senior restaurant or F&B management role
Strong operational background in health and wellness F&B environments
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with a positive mindset
Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Strong financial understanding of revenue and cost control
Excellent command of spoken and written English
