Risk Manager, Denied Party Screening, DPS Configuration and Automation Compliance
Amazon is seeking a Risk Manager to join our Denied Party Screening (DPS) team, focusing on new business onboarding risk assessments and sanctions screening processes.
Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end risk assessment for new business onboarding to DPS, leveraging data-driven insights to determine appropriate risk levels and configurations aligned with our Onboarding Risk Matrix.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, RCS, and Operations teams to develop comprehensive business risk profiles and define their impact on DPS screening approach.
Partner with the DPS Onboarding team to ensure seamless handoff from risk assessment to implementation, maintaining high standards throughout the transition process.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of program or project Management experience
Master’s degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
