Senior Easements Project Manager, Data Centre Supply Solutions (DCSS)

Locations: London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Milan, Dublin (periodic travel required).
The Senior Easements Project Manager will coordinate across stakeholders to secure land rights and easements for data center developments. The role supports AWS global infrastructure by delivering efficient real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Devise and agree strategy for land rights delivery of offsite infrastructure.
Negotiate terms with landowners.
Project manage external suppliers negotiating easements.
Work with teams to manage program and risk.
Engage in site selection process to de‑risk easement delivery.
Engage with internal and external legal counsel to ensure swift execution of easement agreements.
Manage internal and external databases, AWS tools, approvals and reporting systems.

Basic Qualifications

A degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering or related field.
10+ years experience delivering infrastructure real estate with project management track record.
Ability to engage directly with municipalities, utilities, architects, engineers, agents and lawyers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in one or more of Spanish, French, German or Italian.
Background in easement delivery and data center development experience.
Experience working in a large organization and internationally in real estate development.
Experience negotiating terms and managing legal process with a variety of landowners.
