Context and purpose of the job: Within the Emporio Armani Flagship Store in Milan Manzoni, you will join the team as a Tailor. You will play a key role in enhancing the in-store customer experience by delivering precise and high-quality tailoring services. Working closely with the sales team, you will help ensure that each garment meets the client’s expectations and reflects the brand’s standards of excellence.
Responsibilities

Support Client Advisors, as needed, in delivering a unique and personalized sales experience by assisting customers in selecting the most appropriate tailoring alterations
Carry out all assigned tailoring activities in compliance with internal procedures and timelines, ensuring that garment delivery is always aligned with the deadlines agreed with customers
Contribute to the management of the tailoring area by keeping tools and equipment in good working condition and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset
Good command of the English language
